[Help-gnutls] Google Summer of Code: Interested?

If someone is interested to participate as a student in this year's
Google Summer of Code, there is a chance we can apply via GNU.  I guess
almost anything related to GnuTLS is allowed in applications, but the
more realistic and the more useful the idea is, the more likely the
application is to get approved.

Look at the doc/TODO file for inspiration, but feel free to propose
larger ideas too.  (the items in the TODO file are often rather small
tasks.)
