One note: for 3.2.1, a test fails on i686: pem-decoding
http://hydra.nixos.org/build/5222124/nixlog/1/tail-reload

It looks like related to a date limit on 32-bit timestamps. On x86_64 it works
fine.

3.1.12 works fine.
