Yes, the  Slackware packages  include the  .la files  of the
original distributions; I think the relevant ones are:

   /usr/lib64/libp11-kit.la
   /usr/lib64/libgmp.la
   /usr/lib64/libgnutls.la

the latest Slackware comes with Gnutls 3.0.23.
