[gnutls-help] Issue in GnuTLS windows package

Hello,

We are trying to build a normal client-server model with the "GnuTLS library for windows"  in a Windows XP environment.  The package is downloaded from ftp://ftp.gnutls.org/gcrypt/gnutls/w32/ from yours' website. The libraries contained in this package are not recognizable by the linker; they are having "*.dll.a" extension.

Is there any guide for building the client/server code in Windows XP environment ? Is it the correct package for Windows ?

We are referring this website http://www.gnutls.org/download.html/

 Any type of guide/help will be appreciated.
