Hello,
 I've just released gnutls 3.1.28. This is a bug-fix release
on the previous stable branch.


* Version 3.1.28 (released 2014-11-10)

** libgnutls: Corrected issue in export of ECC parameters to X9.63 format.
Reported by Sean Burford [GNUTLS-SA-2014-5].

** API and ABI modifications:
No changes since last version.
