[gnutls-help] 3.7.1 release?

Hello,

I would really appreciate a bugfix release, so I can try to get it into
Debian/soontobereleased, where the hard-freeze is only a couple of days
away.

FWIW I have just uploaded a git snapshot to experimental without
triggereing any unexpected build-errors.
