sorry for getting back so late (I was on vacation).
Did somebody from the gnupg team already contact you?
Your help is much appreciated.
I am sure there are things you can do.
First of all, you can use gnupg under Windows already from the command
line. The GUI and component integration is the hard part.
Some part undergo development currently and doing it with minwin32
and masm32 is certainly an option.
