gpgsm can now verify non-detached signatures

Hi!

This part was missing, I implemented it to be able to run the NIST
test suite.  If you use this in server mode and set an OUTPUT FD, the
signed material is written to that fd unless it is a detached
signature.

The code is in the latest CVS (libksba and newpg).  If you have used the
CVS version from this morning (UTC) you should remove the keyring.kbx
and re-import the certs.
