gnupg/gpa windows installer

Dear all,

once again I have prepared a windows installer for
gnupg/gpa:
ftp://intevation.de/users/jan/gnupg/

Both, a german and an english version is available.
Tested for W2000, NT4, ME. Should work on W98, W95 -
please report whether that is true or not.

After installing gnupg/gpa you can try out the MUA
sylpheed:
ftp://intevation.de/users/jan/sylpheed/

I am *very* interested in tests on using sylpheed
with gpg-features under various W.s

Note that sylphed depends an gnupg/gpa being installed
before.
Note also that all this is beta software.
