Hi everybody,

finally it is done. gpa 0.4.0 is released
and available at ftp://ftp.guug.de/pub/fruis/gpa/

There you will find the tar.gz ball and Windows
Installer for english, german and french version.
The installers include the latest version of gnupg.

Really a lot has been changed since 0.3.1, too many
to list up here :-)

Nonetheless this release adresses alpha testers
to submit their comments as well as findings of
program or usability bugs.
