gpapa key generation

Ok. That confirms what I figured from other parts of the GPA. However,
it raises another question: How long are the pointers valid that I get
from gpapa_create_key_pair or for that matter from
gpapa_get_public_key_by_index or gpapa_get_public_key_by_ID?
