compiling gpa for windows: hints welcome

Dear all,

I did a quick test on compiling gpa
for Windows. Several issues need
to be resolved.

However, any hint on succesful compilation
is welcome: please report.

For the gpapa developers:
In gpapaintern.c the executable gpg.exe
is called with an explicit path.
I propose to use a registry entry
for that:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER:\Software\GNU\GnuPG:BinDir
In BinDir gpg.exe should be installed.
I have considered this already in the
Windows installer for gnupg (test version at
ftp://intevation.de/users/jan/gnupg/
)
