default keys in gpa

Well, the code I checked in yesterday uses that method. It's certainly
better than having the user explicitly set the default key every time.
For the simplified UI in particular it's probably not much of a problem
if GPA's default key is not the same as gpg's since most users have only
one key anyway.

Is there a wishlist or todolist where such things can be added?
