GPA for Windoze NT???

The web site documents:
"GPA is still work in progress, so don't expect that everything works and be
careful when using production quality secret keys."

All that being said, I went ahead and downloaded the pre-compiled binary and
tried it out.  I suspect it is 'user error', but
both encryption and decryption failed - although they work just fine with
command-line gpg.

A few questions:
    1) When do you foresee that another GPA for Win NT will be available (I
currently tried 1.04 off of www.winpt.org)?
    2) When do you foresee that GPA need not be as careful in the use of
"production quality keys"?

Being a long-time Unix Hacker, I only need these for the end users that I
communicate with and aren't
as command-line friendly as we Unix folk :-)
