Updated the webpages at www.gnupg.org (German and Italien updates
will show later, though already checked in).

Also updated the freshmeat entry.

The current release of the gnu privacy assistant gpa-0.4.2
can be found much easier now.

www.gnupp.de and www.gnupg.de stay a nuisance, though.
