Status of the Ägypte n project

Hi,

sorry for being so quite about Ägypten on gpa-dev.

The development is boldly going on:

* There is a new tar-ball series for those who like
  to experiment with Ägypten. The updated description
  should be online tomorrow at 
  http://www.gnupg.org/aegypten/development.en.html

* This tar-ball release offers a largly working S/MIME feature
  for KMail including handling of cc/bcc as well
  as signed, encrypted attachments.
  It is not yet fully interoprable with other tools.

* It is possible to prepare Smartcards with pkcs15 and use
  them for e.g. signing. This part is in a coarse state and
  should only be tested by experts.
  If you already own a pkcs15 card we would be interested
  in tests with Ägypten, of course :-)

* Merge of KMail AEGYPTEN_BRANCH into HEAD is scheduled for
  this month.

* LDAP-enabled KAddressbook already merged into HEAD.
