New newpg and libksba tarballs

Hi!

I made new tarballs for newpg and libksba.  Please find them at the
usual palce (ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/alpha/aegypten):

  newpg-0.3.5.tar.gz (298k)
  newpg-0.3.4-0.3.5.diff.gz (24)

  libksba-0.4.0.tar.gz (412k)
  libksba-0.2.3-0.4.0.diff.gz (10k)

If you want to play with the TCOS card, you should need my latest version
of OpenSC:

 opensc-0.6.1-wk-20020415.tar.gz (581k)
 opensc-0.6.1-wk-20020328-20020415.diff.gz (4k)

beware, this is not in sync with the OpenCS CVS and it seems that
there are some problems when using the ctapi driver - use pcscs as
usual.
