[Announce] newpg 0.9.4 released

Hi!

I have just released newpg 0.9.4.  NewPG is the S/MIME variant of
GnuPG which does also include the gpg-agent, useful even for GnuPG.

To build this version, you need to install libksba 0.4.6 first.
Surprisingly, it has also been released a couple of minutes ago

So whats new in newpg:

 * New gpgsm commands --call-dirmngr and --call-protect-tool.

 * Changing a passphrase is now possible using "gpgsm --passwd"

 * The content-type attribute is now recognized and created.

 * The agent does now reread certain options on receiving a HUP.

and in libksba:

 * DNs in pkcs#10 request are now created in reversed order as
   specified by rfc2253.

 * The content-type signed attribute is created.

 * Fixed a parser bug with a id-aa-encrypKeyPref attribute.
