Ägypten : updated build instructions for tar-balls series

Hi,

I've just updated
	http://www.gnupg.org/aegypten/development.en.html

to reflect the recently updated tar-balls of the
crypto backend. This tar-ball combination is confirmed
to compile and work.

Unfortunately it looks like the release of KDE 3.1
is delayed perhaps even upto January.
