GPAPA uses parts of GPGME. Normally, GPGME does all the stuff
needed to interface with `gpg' - which includes parsing of the
lines returned by `gpg --with-colons'. Since GPAPA wants to make
its own parsing of those lines, they must not be interpreted by
the GPGME fragments.
