Importing secret keys

I found out that currently, an operation trying to import or export a secret key
merely seems to be neglected. Why is that? Wouldn't it be possible to allow
such operations from GPA, requesting a second confirmation or so?
Why should I have to use command line along with gpg every time I need to
import/export a secret key?
