I'm no GPGME expert, so I can't diagnose the real problem, but maybe
SIZEOF_UNSIGNED_INT is an undefined macro?

GpgSM is not required for gpgme, unless you want S/MIME support. I don't
have it installed, and it certainly isn't required by GPA.
