Right now GPA should compile on windows (although it's untested since
a long time ago). However, it depends on GPGME 0.4.0, which is known
to have problems to compile on win32.

You are welcome to try and compile your own. If it does work, please
tell us how you did it so that those changes can be incorporated into
the next releases.
