aegypten crashes

I'm trying to get OpenPGP support on kmail 1.5, i've done everything that says 
the kmail-openpgp howto, but it doesnt work. It always says:
error in openpgp plugin (more or less)
#19 No passphrase
I'm using all the recomended versions in that howto. I searched over this and 
other lists, i tried to change the pinentry 0.6.7 with the 0.6.6 and it 
didn't work. Even when i use the command line it says:
$gpg -s filename
[...]
gpg-agent[9493]: can't connect server: ec=-1
gpg-agent[9493]: can't connect to the PIN entry module: ec=-1
gpg-agent[9493]: command get_passphrase failed: no pin entry
[...]
Any idea? thanks!
