I don't think so, but here are a few comments:
o gpgme0316, gpgme040 are compatibility packages, e.g. they only
provide runtime support for these versions, so they are not good
candidates for inclusion in say the 0.3 series, as they will be
truncating devel components.
o Being very autotool centric pays off, these are very
compact/portable specfiles. Ease of building/installation also makes
packaging almost superfluous ;=)
o for the perfectionist: rpm allows for choosing not to install files
marked as documentation, e.g. man pages and info. The post
install/uninstall scripts do no honour this (but then no rpm package
I have seen really does).
o Please change the release tag to
Release: 0
It will allow vendors to override these packages with their own.
