[issue131] gpgme_key_t->can_sign == false on secret keylisting of OpenPGP keys

Since the flag is set on secret key listings of S/MIME keys, I suspect this is 
a bug and not me misunderstanding a feature. 
 
I've commited a work-around to gpgme++ that always returns true for OpenPGP 
keys, so it's not urgent, but of course it should be fixed.
