[issue140] dirmngr infinite loop

dirmngr sometimes enters an infite loop, freezing the entire kmail7ageypten. 
Killing it and trying the aborted action again helps.  It doesn't hang a second
time.

I can reproduce the problem quite reliably.  do dirmngr --flush and try to
verify a signature in kmail.
