[issue157] dows not work: Automatically add new servers discovered in CRL distributions points

If I enable this feature in the Kleopatra configuration,
delete the Intevation LDAP server and
Validate my own certificate or one of the other
ones of the Intevation CA,
the Intevation LDAP is not added to the list as
it should be.

Maybe this is a backend-problem, but this should be
clearified first.
