[issue161] kwatchgnupg: config button behaving strange

When I change a option and hit Appy,
the OK and Aply are greyed out and I only
can hit Cancel to leave the dialog.
Usually that means that the changes are reverted
and not applied.
But here the changes are applied.

The button functionality should be clarified.
Either no Apply button or revertable Cancel-functionality.
