[issue167] Store displayed messages unencrypted

The option in kmailrc

[Reader]store-displayed-messages-unencrypted=true

does not work. I tried a simple signed&encrypted SMIME E-Mail.

It is a good idea to inform the user each time a encryption
has been removed from a mail. I even think that a message
box popping up is a good idea.

Furthermore, this option must be documented in the KMail handbook
