[issue169] certificate selection dialog allows selection of invalid keys

The certificate selection dialog allows the selection of invalid keys even when
it is able to determine the validity correctly.  For instance when you have
separate keys for encryption and signing the dialog by default doesn't show the
encryption cert when a signature cert is to be selected.  However, when the
"hide invalid keys" checkbox is unchecked, it is shown too an can be selected.

Most of the time if such an invalid key is selected the OK button is grayed out.
 It can happen, though, that it isn't.  It happens especially just after the
checkbox has been unchecked and the newly visible key is selected.

Furthermore, when a key is selected and the dialog closed by double clicking on
the key, the key is selected regardless of whether it is  valid or not.
