[issue178] Kleopatra: DN Config: empty at startup

Entering the DN config dialog the first time,
in the list to the right there is no item,
not even _X_.
But Kleopatra shows the DN.

This is not consistent. If the right list is empty,
actually no DN Info should be displayed.
