[issue186] kleopatra problems with incorrect ldap servers

I've noticed two problems with an accidentally misconfigured ldap server.  The
misconfiguration was a domain name where no server was listening on port 389.

In one case I got a segfault after I clicked OK on the message with the error
message:

   An error occurred while fetching the certificates from the backend:
   Verbindungsaufbau abgelehnt


I can't reproduce the crash anymore, though.  A traceback is below.
However, I do see one other strange problem.  If "hierarchical key list" is
checked, the message box above doesn't appear and the keylist is simply empty.
If "hierarchical key list" is not checked, the error message does appear.
