[issue241] Add *.p7m to filter for import dialog

The menu item File->Import certificates raises a
dialog  where you currently can not easily
select a *.p7c file.

The default filter should add *.p7c, so that
by default we see all *.pem, *.der, *.p12 and *.p7c.
