[issue72] pinentry-gtk: error with non-ascii characters

pinentry-gtk has problems with non-ascii characters. To reproduce save the
following lines in a file (Make sure to use utf8 as encoding!):

SETDESC Schlüssel: äöüÄÖÜß
SETPROMPT Paßwort:
GETPIN
BYE

Then start pinentry-gtk with that file as stdin.  I get the following messages
on stdout:

Warning: using insecure memory!
OK Your orders please
OK
OK
pinentry-gtk: no LC_CTYPE known - assuming UTF-8
pinentry-gtk: no LC_CTYPE known - assuming UTF-8

In the pinentry window, both texts are truncated just before the first non-ascii
character.


pinentry-qt doesn't have any problem with the same input file in the same
environment.
