[issue69] documentation problems for backend components

For ther specification of programs (e.g. via pinentry-program)
it is not good to just describe the paramter as "path" since this
does not clearify that the program name itself must be appended
to the actiual path.
Either explains this in more detail and/or provide an example.
This problem occurs in various documents.

Furthermore, it is a couple of times said, that a user can specify
things in a config file, bu nowhere can the use find how
the config file must be named and where it must be placed.
