[issue13] PKCS7 answer not displayed correctly

At least the PKCS7 requests as created by the
test-CA of Intevation are not displayed as such
in KMail. Instead status is 'internal system error #0'.
However, the actual certificate is imported without
notice.

It remains to test how the pkcs7 emails e.g. of
CCIs CA are displayed.
