[issue26] certmanager certificate details lists wrong chain

The details dialog of CertManager has a tab for the certification chain.
Availability of the certificates in this chain is tested based only
on the certificates shown in the current selection.

Thus, if CertManager is started via "Details" link in KMail the keygrip
is used and only the corresponding certificate is selected.
Naturally, in this case the issuer certificate is currently said
to be missing.

The Chain check should always consider all the certificates available.
