[issue28] kmail signature verification fails when incorrect cryptplug location

Signature verification in kmail depends on the value of the location setting in
the [CryptPlug #N] section.  With just smime (the default for new users) kmail
says that the validity of certificates could not be checked.  With location set
to a real filename e.g.
/local-vol1/projects/kde3.2-aegypten/install/lib/cryptplug/gpgme-smime.so (a
left over from older configurations) signature validation works fine.
