[issue39] Drafts with opaque signatures cannot be reedited. [RT 1996]

Migrated from RT: 
 
KMail (Kroupware-RC3) 
make a new email window, let the settings be opaque smime signature, 
save the email in drafts. Then it will get signed. 
 
It looks signed fine in the draft folder, but if you double click 
in the email you only get binary and cannot continue editing the message. 
This might also be solved in a different way 
if encrypting and signing could be turned off when saving messages as drafts.
