[issue49] certmanager: certwizard should offer BC instead of DC

The certificate wizard (aegypten_branch CVS 2004-01-23) has an entry field for a
"domain component" on the personal data page by default.  I think that should be
"business category" instead. i.e. BC instead of DC in the DN :)
