[issue62] certmanager: certificate info dialog should have horizontal scrollbars

I have a certificate with a very long Subject DN because it has many of the
possible attributes.  I have to make the certificate information dialog very
wider -- wider than the scree, actually -- to see the entire DN.  There should
be horizontal scrollbars to make this easier.
