You need to use gpgme 0.3.16 with cryptplug - it is not compatible to
gpgme >0.4.

gpgme has nothing to do with GnuPG.  Yes, it maqkes use of gpg and
gpgsm but that's all.  There are no header files for any gnupg
version.
