New gnupg 1.9 release

Does this release have the getline calls removed or backed up by a replacement 
(see http://lists.gnupg.org/pipermail/gpa-dev/2004-April/001892.html)?

We still have to ship 1.9.3 in FreeBSD ports because of this.
