[issue227] KMail composer: sign/encrypt checkboxes don't appear after adding attachment

In KMail, compose a new mail, and 
* choose OpenPGP/MIME  
* add an attachment 
 
=> the checkboxes in the mime tree don't appear. 
I have to re-select OpenPGP/MIME in the combo for them to appear.
