New submission from David Faure <faure at kde.org>:

>echo -e 'force:0:1\nquiet:0:1' | gpgconf --change-options 'dirmngr'
gpgconf: could not commit changes: File exists
gpgconf: fatal error (exit status 1)
>echo -e 'quiet:0:1' | gpgconf --change-options 'dirmngr'
>echo -e 'force:0:1' | gpgconf --change-options 'dirmngr'

Changing one option at a time works, but changing both at the same time gives
this strange error "File exists" (which file?)
