[issue277] mutt keys unmapped after pinentry-curses use

When using pinentry curses it happens sometimes
that after viewing an email (and sometimes pressing Ctrl-L to redraw
the screen because I have debugging set up, but do not start watchgnupg
everytime) I then getting back to mutt's index view:
The UP and DOWN keys are not working anymore,
I get reported: Key is not mapped.

Strange indeed.
It does not happen all the time.
Ideas how to further debug this?
