GPG Keysigning Party HOWTO

Hi dears,

the other day, I bumped into an HOWTO by V. Alex Brennen that explains
how to arrange and/or hold a keysigning party

I think keysigning is a needed step to take for everyone who consciously 
wnats to use GnuPG and/or PGP.

What do you think if we support this work by linking it from within the 
site?  I don't want to have a local copy of it, though, as it happens 
for GPH and the miniHOWTO.
