Perl HTML::Clean?

It seems there's something wrong here.  The epilog script cannot find 
the Perl's HTML::Clean class.  Can you install it properly under 
building directory, Werner?

PS: I opened PR 170 about this, but I'm not able to edit it... Sigh!
