New webserver at 8080

Hi,

due to the problem we have with Caudium, I have setup Boa on port 8080
to serve the same sites.  Is seems to run w/o problem, but I'd
appreciate if you can test it a bit.

If we switch to Boa, I'd prefer to change the scripts to generate
foo.en.html and not anymore foo.html.en . This solves also the
annoying "(en)" in the filenames and is better for mirrors because
they can rely on the .html suffix.

I have to provide a way for custom 404 error pages, though.
